The hotel staff - front desk were very helpful and accomodating. Was a very unique hotel - I liked the atmosphere. Great location close to downtown, and lots to do
No parking - not even out front to load and unload. Our room didn't get cleaned or made up on the Friday (staying two nights Thurs/Fri). The story we got was it was the cleaning ladies first day/week on the job and she couldn't do anymore rooms. The woman at the front desk said she would at least make up our bed for us - never happened. It was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning in the hallways
I liked the location as the hotel is near my favourite restaurants. Unfortunately all of the restaurants were closed on Sundays which is when was there.
There was no parking in this hotel and where I was told by the desk clerk to park resulted in a parking ticket. No room service on Sunday as the restaurant is closed. I also did't like the shower, tub and sink to not have there own room. No wall between them and to bed. Hard when your partner gets up to shower and you want to sleep. The room was very dark and masculine and the staff was uninformed.
close to John labbatt Centre. didn't have to driveanywhere. parked and walked to event, excellent restuarantsnand bars
no fridge in room
The room was fantastic and the front desk gentleman was extremely helpful. I will surely book there again. Would have saved much time if the hotel was easier to spot. Not knowing the area, we drove past the small sign 4 times before seeing it.....but now that we know where it is...its like discovering a little hidden gem.
The room was absolutely huge. Easily twice as big as every other equally priced hotel in downtown London. And the bed was so comfortable!
My room didn't have a city view, that's all.
We went for a concert at the John Labatt Centre- location was ideal!
proximity to downtown venues & JLC
Loved the room decor. Soaker tub and king bed were awesome.
For a hotel of this calibre, I would have expected a bit higher end products (toilet tissue was single ply budget, shampoo/conditioner left hair feeling stringy).
Good central location across from the Market and walking distance to a number of dining options. Rooms are spacious and decorated in a modern/urban style.
The decor was modern and tasteful.Comfortable mattress and huge room. Large shower and separate bath tub. Keurig coffee and tea maker with real milk and cream and bottled water included. Directly across from the Market for fruit smoothies and take out meals. Free internet and free long distance calling anywhere in North America Valet parking . But mostly,Helpful, pleasant staff with great restaurant recommendations and wonderful manager
Perfect location. Close to train and bus stations. Across from Covent Garden Market. Great open concept room with modern furniture. Absolutely the best bathtub I have ever used. Amazing! Just what you need after a long day of travel. Great staff. Overall, a great place to stay.
Some music was playing late into the night and the air conditioning was a bit noisy. However, the staff took care of the music within 10 minutes.
Staff was not only friendy but very accomadating. Any request was quickly acting on. Pleasure to stay at this hotel.
Super cool and modern hotel. Coming from Toronto I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was. The staff are super friendly and are always willing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Liked that it was small, and right in the city, right across from the Lablatt center Where we were watching a skating event. Staff was very friendly and Helped us with restaurants. Right downtown too! Will defiantly be back, such a pleasant change from the traditional chain hotels!
Only down side was the heating system was rather loud
Very clean nice hotel and nice room.
No parking had to pay for parking twice because we went out.
